Fabulous product. Finally I am able to control the temperature to enable my sourdough starter to build and the dough to strengthen through the folding process. The resulting bread is reliably sensational. Yet to try yoghurt!

I have been very happy with the results to date, and have been able to bake a consistently good sourdough. Storage is also great with the collapsing design, which has meant we can just place the proofer in the drawer. Also handy to take in the caravan.

Buying this proofer has mad all the difference to my bread making, I was just about to give up. I love the fact that it is compact and folds away. We live in an apartment which seems to be too cool for bread making. All my problems solved now. I also find the Country Bread Recipe is perfect for a beginner.

The Sahara Folding Dehydrator is superbly manufactured, and I absolutely love the incredibly innovative fold down design that assembles/disassembles in seconds. The proofer took all the stress out of making a three-stage 70% rye sourdough. I was able to adjust the fermentation temperature for each stage of the process. I love it for my regular sourdough; 21C or the overnight levain, and then 25C for the bulk fermentation and proofing with humidity. A joy to use with great results.
