Hi! Can I just ask something? It’s been quite warm nowadays here in manila. Been using the proofing box at 26C setting and noticed that the dough seems to puff up quite quickly. Checked the interior and found it to be higher at 29C, akmost same as the ambient temp. How come?
I don’t know why I didn’t buy this ages ago, I’m so very happy now that I finally did, it’s been a great help in my baking now it has surely improved because of it! I will highly recommend this proofer to anyone looking to up their baking.
